This inner-suburban two-lot subdivision project commenced with full site demolition and bulk earthworks, establishing a cleared and prepared site ready for construction. Works included new concrete driveway crossings, public domain footpath upgrades and perimeter fencing — with AFA managing all approvals, civil works and site establishment from the outset.
