ROOF REPLACEMENTS

A roof replacement is one of the few jobs where the building has to stay weatherproof throughout the works, not just at the end, which means sequencing and weather planning matter as much as the roofing itself. We've delivered roof replacement works on occupied, heritage-sensitive buildings, including a chapel roof replacement in Newcastle, and that experience shapes how we sequence every roof project — protecting the building and its occupants from exposure at every stage, not only once the new roof is complete. We match rooflines and materials to the existing building wherever that's the intent, rather than defaulting to whatever's fastest to source, and every replacement is delivered with reference to the relevant Australian Standards, including AS 1562.1, with warranty documentation provided at handover. Working at height carries real safety risk, and that's treated as a non-negotiable part of how the job is planned, not an afterthought once the crew is already on the roof. For strata and multi-unit buildings, we also coordinate directly with owners corporations and, where relevant, insurers on storm or defect-related claims, managing the documentation those processes require alongside the physical works so residents aren't left chasing two separate parties for one roof.

What we do differently

Weatherproofing is maintained throughout the works, not just at completion, so the building and its occupants stay protected even mid-project. Rooflines and materials are matched to the existing building where that's the intent, and every job is delivered against the relevant Australian Standards, including AS 1562.1, with warranty documentation provided.
