That's how we run every luxury home: Aryan Afshar, an architecture graduate himself, stays involved through design coordination and construction, so the gap between what's drawn and what's built is as small as possible. We coordinate closely with architects and interior designers to protect design intent through to the last detail — joinery tolerances, finish selections, service integration — rather than letting trades default to "close enough." Budgets on luxury builds move if they're not watched, so we report cost and program transparently at every stage instead of leaving it until it's a problem.
